CASTRIES, St Lucia — A Leslie Land triple shooting shortly before noon Wednesday left three men hospitalized with gunshot injuries, as police launched an investigation into the daytime attack.
Authorities said the shooting occurred at Leslie Land Gap, where gunfire erupted in the community, striking three individuals. The victims have been identified as 18-year-old Cassius Maxius, 30-year-old Leslie Peter, and 34-year-old Joel Nelson.
All three sustained gunshot wounds to the lower body and were transported to the Owen King European Union Hospital, where they were receiving emergency medical care. Their conditions have not been publicly disclosed.
