VIEUX FORT, St Lucia — Authorities have identified Dayna Tobierre of Desruisseaux, Micoud, as the victim of a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred Thursday afternoon at Sandy Beach, Vieux Fort, prompting an outpouring of grief across communities in the island’s south and east.
