CASTRIES, St Lucia — A Castries Police Stop and Search resulted in the recovery of a quantity of suspected cannabis and the arrest of a 20-year-old man, according to the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force. Police identified the accused as Jaynan Tommy of Monchy, Gros Islet. He was formally charged on Sunday, April 12, with Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, according to the police release.
