As a result of these investigations, a senior law enforcement officer has been charged in connection with the incident and is currently before the courts. As such, the details of the recovery cannot be made public at this time,” the statement outlined.
The RSLPF emphasized that the recovery of the firearm represents a crucial step in restoring public confidence and ensuring accountability within the force.
