Investor removals and payout delays deepen Creative Alliance investment losses fears
CASTRIES, St Lucia – Creative Alliance investment losses have sparked widespread panic across St Lucia, as members report abrupt removals from WhatsApp groups, payout delays, and mounting concerns over the platform’s legitimacy. The situation has triggered fresh scrutiny of the video-based income scheme, which some users now fear may be on the verge of collapse.
Creative Alliance (CA), a digital platform offering returns in exchange for watching and sharing promotional videos, has come under intense pressure this week. Several members say they were unexpectedly removed from official communication groups, while merchants facilitating the platform’s operations have vanished from key channels. With payments now delayed and management silent, speculation of a total collapse is spreading rapidly.
One investor, speaking to the Saint Lucia Daily Post, said, “No one is telling us anything concrete. We’re just being told to stay calm, but the signs aren’t good.”
Public backlash intensified after a controversial screenshot allegedly showing a racially charged conversation between CA representatives and overseas partners circulated online. The exchange, which included offensive language, has further damaged trust in the platform.
A separate message attributed to a local CA manager attempted to reassure members, urging them to “stay positive.” However, it provided no concrete details on when or whether normal operations would resume or investor funds would be secured.
Adding to the unease is a Reddit post published over seven months ago in which a user warned that Creative Alliance was operating as a Ponzi scheme, closely resembling the infamous Metamax scam that defrauded global investors of over $200 million in 2023.
“They use money from new investors to pay earlier ones and keep the illusion going,” the post claimed. “It’s almost an exact copy of the Metamax scam.”
The Reddit user cited a series of red flags, including unsustainable returns, fake addresses, fabricated announcements, and an emphasis on recruiting new members rather than delivering real services. The post also accused CA of publishing paid placements on major news sites to appear legitimate—several of which were reportedly removed following complaints.
As investor anxiety grew, false claims began to circulate on social media, suggesting that St Lucia’s Financial Intelligence Authority (FIA) had reviewed Creative Alliance and deemed it legally compliant. That prompted a strong public statement from the FIA, issued on March 3, 2025, rejecting any association with the scheme or the claims made in its name.
“The allegations contained in this post are completely false and are being used to spread misinformation,” the FIA said. “The Authority has not engaged in any consultation or deliberation… which has resulted in a finding that the investment scheme operating under the name Creators Alliance is not in violation of any of the laws of Saint Lucia.”
The agency further clarified that it had no involvement with the claims and urged the public to verify all information through its official website.
Despite the FIA’s clarification, Creative Alliance has yet to issue a formal public statement. With no official communication from CA’s leadership, members are increasingly concerned that the platform may be collapsing and that their investments may be unrecoverable.
Financial analysts warn that digital income schemes operating without regulatory oversight are especially vulnerable to collapse once investor confidence begins to falter.
“This is a classic confidence crisis,” said a regional advisor familiar with online investment platforms. “When transparency disappears, panic spreads quickly—especially in unregulated models promising high returns.”
As concerns escalate, affected members are calling for immediate clarity, regulatory intervention, and transparency from those managing the platform. Whether Creative Alliance can recover its credibility or is heading toward a full-scale collapse remains to be seen.
